STEP 1: DISCOVERY
  • Verify and document business and technical Requirements
  • Discovery and Planning Session (1 session up to 2 hours)
  • Review and finalize project timeline, sessions and go live date
  • Offprem will develop a custom training plan and custom implementation plan based on the technical and business requirements provided by the customer during the discovery session 
STEP 2: SALESFORCE TRAINING
  • Custom training plan based on Discovery Session
  • Salesforce Documentation and Trailheads
  • Documentation, Training Videos and Implementation Guides
  • Customer must complete training prior to Step 3
STEP 3: ACCOUNT CONFIGURATION
  • Offprem will provide a custom implementation plan based on Discovery Session
  • Custom Implementation Checklist
  • Any questions or open items will be addressed during working sessions with the Offprem team
STEP 4: WORKING SESSIONS
  • Finalize Account Configuration
  • Walkthrough Account Functionality
  • Two Working Sessions  (up to 1.5 hours each)
  • All working sessions will be completed by the end of week 5
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Customer will be responsible for all account configuration activities.  Offprem will provide advisory services during working sessions, but the Customer is responsible for performing the configuration and for testing the configuration.
  • A typical guided implementation timeline is 2 to 4 weeks depending on customer engagement.  Two (2) weeks is typically the fastest timeline for a Guided Implementation due to the time needed for Training and Account Configuration.
  • Additional training sessions or consulting hours can be purchased at $225 per hour.
  • Offprem expects a sufficient level of engagement during the project. This will help ensure that the engagement moves smoothly, can be completed within four to five weeks and that the Customer will be able to effectively own the solution ongoing.
  • Customer will provide a dedicated Salesforce license with appropriate administrative permission.
  • Customer will be available for questions and promptly resolve all manners of requests (business, system, IT, meeting requests, etc.). Customer understands that delays in deliverables and feedback on their end can result in project timeline completion delays and additional work.
  • Customer will provide complete and accurate information, documents, data, etc. when initially requested in order to minimize the need for reconfiguration, re-import and other forms of rework.
  • The Customer will be responsible for all account configuration activities.  Offprem will provide advisory services during working sessions, but the Customer is responsible for performing the configuration and for testing the configuration.
  • The customer should perform end-to-end testing on the completed configuration to verify all account settings and that the implementation is complete.
  • Any requests that occur that do not fall within the above assumptions and project deliverables will be outlined in a Change Order request.
  • Additional training sessions or consulting hours can be purchased at $225 per hour.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
  • Invoices are due upon receipt.
